Terms of service

Service

wayhost.sh provides a control plane to deploy and manage Odoo on servers you operate. HAMDEK does not host your Odoo databases unless you explicitly configure third-party backup destinations.

Your responsibilities

Maintain valid licenses for Odoo Enterprise where applicable
Secure SSH access, server firewalls, and DNS for your infrastructure
Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (GitHub, cloud providers)

Early access

During early access the platform may be offered without charge. Features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice. The service is provided as-is while we iterate on reliability and features.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, HAMDEK is not liable for indirect damages or data loss on infrastructure outside our direct control. You should maintain your own backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
