Common pricing questions
- How does billing work with early access?
- Early access: full Studio features are unlocked for approved accounts until billing launches. Published prices apply when paid plans go live.
- Do I still pay for a VPS?
- Yes. Always. The platform fee is separate from compute, storage, and bandwidth. You pay Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS, etc. at their rates — we don’t markup infrastructure.
- Do you charge per Odoo user?
- No. Plans are flat for the control plane. Odoo seats and Enterprise licenses (if any) stay between you and Odoo.
- Who pays when I invite a teammate?
- The project owner’s plan. Collaborators inherit features from the owner’s subscription — they don’t need their own paid plan to work on your projects. Seats count toward the owner’s quota.
- Is subscription per project or per account?
- Per account (billing owner). All projects you own draw from one plan. Projects you’re invited to use the owner’s plan, not yours.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Annual is billed as 12× the discounted monthly rate (20% off). Contact support to switch after you’re on a paid plan.
